Session on consent
A closed working meeting on the extent to which explicit consent under KVKK Art. 6 remains meaningful in automated decision processes. Notes were subsequently made public.
Inaugural session
The session at which the center's founding declaration was read and the first open questions entered into the register. Four of the six questions raised there remain on the open register.
Open lecture: automated moderation and Article 10 ECHR
A single open lecture for undergraduate and graduate students on the consequences of moving the proportionality test into collective parameters.
